That’s how long it’s been since slashTHREE was founded in early February 2007.

One year, one month, and twelve days later slashTHREE.com is proud to present to you slashTHREE v3 along with the sixth and strongest release yet – Odyssey. Despite the Greek meaning behind Odyssey, the term Odyssey relates to the journey slashTHREE and it’s loyal members have embarked on during our first 406 days of our existence.

As a token of our appreciation over the past 3 months the slashTHREE administration has been hard at work to produce slashTHREE version 3. At this time same, our artists have been laboring away; creating over 110 artistic entries, we have selected the cream of the crop to present to you.

I’m part of this community since version 2 of the website. I’ve participated in 3 releases and it’s simply amazing how the artists have improved since I first meet them. There’s really a wonderful atmosphere and tons of appreciation amoung the artists, making slashTHREE a great place for upcoming talents to develop their skills and style. Release 6 is a very special release. It’s far the best release ever on slashTHREE and promises even better artwork in the future. Also along this release a brand new website popped up.

Here is a videoclip for ADAM SKY vs MARK STEWART – WE ARE ALL PROSTITUTES which was released last year. Sinden called this remix one of the biggest tunes for 2007 in FACT MAGAZINE. Who doesn’t love the sound of the Crookers?

The video was directed by Angie Reed.

Tits And Clits, first a joke but it became bigger and started changing the lifes of two young graphic designers from Hungary. They’ve been friends for a lot of years and were classmates in the secondary school of fine and applied arts. In the summer of 2007 they decided to get together for this new project. One day they hope they may play for thousands of people and get them all crazy. But first they want to find a label and get their first EP outthere. I’m looking forward to that. I wish you the best guys!

Luuk Vermeyden a.k.a. Jaxe, the young talent from the Netherlands has recently updated his portfolio with a brand new flash based layout and some new kickass creations. I know that I’ve featured him already a while back, but it’s just that he’s improved so much in such a short period of time, that he’s really worth to keep an eye on.

Fine Day Record‘s Plastic Operator is coming up with a new release, the socalled Home 0207. The Digitally released album will contain remixes by Hermanos Inglesos, Speaker Junk and Chewy Chocolate Cookies. I’ve got a promomail with some of the tracks. They’re really blasting tracks, definately worth to check out. The releasedate is planned on the 24th of march, so keep ur eyes open!
