Mindless , Magicka-studio’s 6th event has been released. Together with the a big website update. The idea of the event is to use your mind to either create a piece representing mindless or it could be freestyle. We’re glad to announce depthCORE has released his 30th art pack called “Empire”. It’s been 5 years since they released their first pack, the group has changed immeasurably in that time. Theo Aartsma a.k.a. Sumeco is a dutch freelance designer. Who graduated as bachelor of multimedia in 2006. The work he does can be described as a mixture of styles and subjects related to nature, technology and graffiti. He tries to combine and explore as much different digital and traditional techniques as possible. Finding new and interesting ways to work is one of his main goals, as is combining design with illustration to one new form.
Luuk Vermeyden a.k.a. Jaxe is a dutch based artist, situated in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Luuk is totally pationated and motivated in what he’s doing. Which you can see in his work and the way he improves and develops his own style. Luuk enjoys a graphic education in Rotterdam, called “Grafisch Lyceum Rotterdam”
His 2 most recent works are absolutely stunning (check image). The first design is a vectorized version of his earlier succesful abstract work called “petriefied”, now remade for a t-shirt design contest on IsThisChicken.com. The 2nd design is his latest t-shirt design made for the Rotterdam shirt design contest 2007 . CGive him some love !

LIVE.ORANGE., is a new work that I recently added on my gallery @ DeviantArt.
My sweet girlfriend did a quick photoshoot for her dads motorbike ( zundapp ). And I thought she looks so nice on it and her smile. I had to work with it! So that’s what I did. I started to draw some childlike shapes and integrated them. You can find the result here.

I used Adobe Photoshop cs and Adobe Illustrator, No tablet -> mouse !

NEW WORK.
FREE.YOUR.MIND., is a new work that I recently added on my gallery @ DeviantArt.
I found 2 super nice stock photos over at sxc.hu and I had no idea what to do with it. But when I started to draw a sketch with everything I could add and stuff I found out it could be pretty nice. So I started drawing sort off flowers and everything that fits with the theme. My brother Timic made the main photo look better and I added my draws. You can find the result here.

Magicka-Studio.com has released his 5th artpack.
It is called “Converge”. This idea of this event was to have a series of collaborations, it prooved harder than we thought, but it’s great to see a lot of different styles to be brought together in a piece.
