Inaudible

inaudible

I’m back from the sun and the wonderful life in the south. I couldn’t have imagined a better way to get away from the internet world for a while. It feels good to be back though. Anyway lets check out some music.

The following track is not made be a regular music producer, but a true sound-terrorist dropping bassline bombs blowing away the quietness in the world, even making the penguins bounce and let them do little breakdance moves like in the movies (Got a little carried away). Inaudible finished his fourth track Game Theory about a month ago. Due lack of spare time I haven’t been able to post this up earlier, but no way I would skip this tune. This is a 100% chill-in-the-sun-and-enjoy-the-bass sound that everyone should have in their playlists this summer. Boom!

future roots.

There’s not too many producers where I’m from, and not many that I care for, which is why i’m so excited about sharing this tune with our readers.
Phatcat’s Future Roots imprint is for real. I realized this one night while we we’re listening to some of his old jungle dubplates together. I can remember just being overwhelemed with emotions, kinda of weird really but it was beyond the scope of just being a good dancefloor tune and I really vibed off that.
The Collaboration with DZ is just the start of what he’s got cooking in the brew so stay tuned, dont sleep.

Yes! Some new masterpieces by Hostage have arrived. Oh and he’s been experimenting with Dubstep, who doesn’t want to hear that. Sir Hostage was also kind enough to let me know it was surprisingly hot in Scotland. Well mister Hostage, honestly you’re definitely not helping with these bangers! They’re on fire!

Everyone near Antwerp and want see Hostage having fun behind the cd decks. He’s playing at BLOW at club NOXX  the 24th of June. Check the flyer in the sidebar! Be there. I will!

FreQ Nasty

freqnasty

Darin McFayden aka FreQ Nasty born in Fiji, raised in New Zealand, lived in Australia, hopped over to Asia and finally made the move to London. He’s made quite a journey to become a musician he is now. He recently released FABRICLIVE 42, an incredible mix of … well something only FreQ Nasty himself can describe.

The Fabric mix is a kind of reference to some of the stuff I have loved recently and where I’ve intersected it in the past in my own work. There’s a ton of good music out there right now; sick beats and heavy bass lines of all styles, and the mix is a snap shot, pieces of music at a place and time that move me. The album is trying to bring it together in one place and make sense of it, to digest it all and spit it out as something that is more than the sum of its parts. Essence d’FreQ for 2009.

Speaking of sick beats and heavy bass – that what FreQ Nasty vs Propa Tingz – “Peacemaker (DUB)” is all about. This is the dub version of a track appearing on FABRICLIVE 42 and it offers the most current look into FreQ Nasty’s sound and his forthcoming new artist album.Watch out! It’s devastating!
