The New York based artist A-ux, is deeply interested in experiencing emotional and surreal music. Inspired by the electronic compositions, he sets out to capture some of that energy and intensity with electronics and computer. From an early age, his classical background in piano and his experimental attitude allowed him to achieve a good balance between musical and technological aspects. While growing up with a diverse musical style, he tends not to draw upon solely on one influence.

I got this message from a guy called Almamy who’s born in Senegal, studied in Paris and lives in New York. That sounds as a quite adventurous life. Anyway he’s released some very nice albums. But you know what makes his tracks so special? It’s his voice!!! He really produces a very special sound which gives his tracks that mysterious unique feeling. I wonder if it’s real or distorted. It just sounds good, check it out!

Ronin E-Ville alias of Colin Patrick McGuire a Toronto-based producer and DJ recently released his new album Big Dirty Hifi. A unique album colored by various influences and gernes like electro, breaks, dub, lounge funk, rock … you get what I mean when you hear it.
