Luuk Vermeyden a.k.a. Jaxe is a dutch based artist, situated in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Luuk is totally pationated and motivated in what he’s doing. Which you can see in his work and the way he improves and develops his own style. Luuk enjoys a graphic education in Rotterdam, called “Grafisch Lyceum Rotterdam”
His 2 most recent works are absolutely stunning (check image). The first design is a vectorized version of his earlier succesful abstract work called “petriefied”, now remade for a t-shirt design contest on IsThisChicken.com. The 2nd design is his latest t-shirt design made for the Rotterdam shirt design contest 2007 . CGive him some love !
NEW WORK.
LIVE.ORANGE., is a new work that I recently added on my gallery @ DeviantArt.
My sweet girlfriend did a quick photoshoot for her dads motorbike ( zundapp ). And I thought she looks so nice on it and her smile. I had to work with it! So that’s what I did. I started to draw some childlike shapes and integrated them. You can find the result here.

John B is one of my favourite drum & bass Djs. He’s new album “Electrostep” is one of the most amazing albums he’s ever made. Electrostep is also used for he’s new fresh and unique style. iDjmagazine describes it as a “drum & bass style soaked in eigthies electro, rock, grunge and trance influences and doused in-tongue-in-cheek humour”.
